Denis Saliakhutdinov

Denis Kamilievich Saliakhutdinov (born 1994, Orenburg) is an independent financial advisor, investor, and businessman. He is the founder of DS Consulting.
Biography
He was born on June 28, 1994, in Orenburg.
As a child, Denis Saliakhutdinov was involved in swimming. In 2009, as a 9th grade student, he suffered a stroke during training, which led to a skull trepanation, and left him on the verge of life and death. During his difficult treatment, Denis rethought his life, inspired by Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". It was after reading it that he decided to engage in investment.
After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the Department of Finance and Credit at Kuban State University, earning a bachelor's degree in 2016 and a master's degree in 2022. He also completed additional studies at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federatio, trained as an independent financial advisor at the Institute of Financial Planning, and studied at the Skolkovo Science and Technology Innovation Complex. Additionally, he holds a 1.0 certificate from the Federal Service for Financial Markets.
Business
At the age of 19, he left the company where he started working, explaining that his values and goals began to diverge from their methods of work.
In February 2018, Denis Saliakhutdinov founded his own consulting company, DS Consulting, which now boasts a team of over 500 advisors. The company's mission: "To provide independent advice to investors based on deep knowledge and mutual benefit for all parties." Its work focuses on two areas: first, educational activities through the School of Financial Advisors (graduates receive a diploma and become qualified financial consultants), and second, creating and supporting personal financial plans. Acting as trainers, coaches and therapists, DS Consulting specialists analyze client's financial situations and help them set goals and strategies for competent financial planning.

Family
Denis is married, he met his wife in 2009 via the ICQ messenger. They have three children. The family lives in the mountains in a forest area and runs their own farm with a vegetable garden, chickens and horses.[1]
Publications
Author of the article "How to prepare for investments" for RBC, where he discucces investment types and risk diversification.[2] In it, he states that "it is profitable to enter the pre-IPO round of solid companies with billion-dollar capitalization, fintechs and AI-focused organizations. They have a great future ahead, as over the past 20 years, the unstable global situation has caused a very long pause in IPOs."
He also published material on rusability.ru titled "Who and why needs a financial advisor"[3] which examines financial advisory services and selection criteria. The author emphasizes that when choosing a financial advisor, it is important to consider their independence, professional education, experience and customer reviews.
In a publication for Kommersant entitled "Find a financial mentor and save money", Denis Saliakhutdinov offers recommendations for a novice investors, including: reading the book "The Road to the Yard" (to understand personal finance, creating a financial plan, and choosing a financial advisor), investing in knowledge, and, finally, finding a financial mentor, "which will save years of life and millions of rubles."[4]
